A friend of mine is trying to research a painting by David Adolph Constant Artz (1837-1890) which is called "On the Dunes". At the moment she has no information about it at all. Any information that you can tell me about the artist or even the paiting would be very welcome. Many thanks mvg MAB
This rather wellknown Dutch painter studied in Amsterdam, and in Paris, but lived long time in The Hague. Most of his paintings represent the Fishing live at the Dutch North sea coast.

I have a print and a tapestry of a group of Dutch women who are sewing. They are in a room with a fireplace. The print has 'ARTZ' in the lower left hand corner. The tapestry extends the room in the print in both directions. Any information about the print and the tapestry would be appreciated.
